In this report IPBC Partners state that blue carbon interventions, if properly designed and executed, have the potential to contribute to climate mitigation, adaptation and biodiversity goals generating a wide array of benefits that meet numerous objectives of the Sustainable Development Goals, Convention on Biological Diversity, and other global targets.
